1 hr horseback riding lesson with RREC staff for beginner, advanced beginner/low intermediate riders (those able to start trotting by themselves (advanced beginners), getting ready to canter, or cantering (intermediates), includes use of lesson horse and all equipment needed. A lesson/ride for 2 people, 1 hr , suitable for beginners or intermediate riders, weight limit 180lbs per rider please. 1 person will ride at a time while the other engages in horse related tasks (grooming/tacking) unless both riders know how to trot. Price is for your party of 2.
4 pack of 1 hr private lessons with RREC staff, to be used within 8 weeks of first lesson. Save up to $40 over buying the lessons separately. Can also be used for special topic classes. Pick time for first lesson at booking, arrange remainder during 1st lesson.

A single 1 hr lesson for 3 riders from the same group with an RREC staff instructor. Includes lesson horses for riders 180lbs and under. This is the full payment for all 3 riders. Suitable for families or friends wanting to take a lesson together.
1.5 hrs of intro to horses for up to 4 people. Please note our weight limit for riding is 190lbs. This activity will include on and off horse activities (leading, grooming, tacking, riding). Riding is optional. Additional riders are $50 per person.
1 hr of pony rides. Bring as many riders as you want. They can share grooming, tacking and take turns riding the pony one at a time. Riders must be at least 3 years old. Weight limit is 150lbs
Check out the barn or visit our lesson horses and meet an instructor to get to know us. 30 minute tour with a staff. Includes visiting some lesson horses and meeting the mini ponies, no riding or instruction. If you book a lesson for the month after your tour to be used during the month after your tour you will receive a $10 credit towards your first lesson.
For the youngest riders, parent/child lessons offer a way to get started. Parent learns alongside the child and walks near during riding time. ages 4+

Gift a riding lesson with any of the associate instructors. How to book: Put your gift card on any available time slot on xmas day (there will be NO riding lessons available xmas day) to book. Print out your receipt email and give it to the recipient. When ready to book your lesson time, email us with your receipt Note gift cards need to be used within 1 year of purchase and will have no value after that date. Subject to terms and conditions.
Gift card for a 3 hr camp. Camps available most non school days and in summer. You will need to email RREC at least 1 week before your chosen camp to comfirm your attendance.

Sign up for the day and we will pick a start time based on when we feed (start is sometime in the evening between 4-7pm) Contact us to find a time that fits you if your starttime isn't flexible. Do you have a teen that would benefit from hard work outdoors and with animals to get away from screen time or bad influences? Or a horse-crazy youth that wants their own horse but hasn't seen the in's and out's of horse keeping? Sign up for our barn rat program with. Approx. 1.5 hrs of horse care and learning all about feeding and cleaning horses and stalls. No riding time. Hard work, lots of knowledge, and behind the scenes time with horses! Must be at least 12 yrs or older with parent attending, or 15 year or older to attend yourself Wear pants and close toed shoes or boots. Helmets and all equipment provided. Life coaching with equines or online, with Sarah
1 week, 5 lessons on schoolmasters, more ride time, general working student duties, student agrees to 10 hours of work in addition to payment to pay for accommodations

Suitable for beginners with no experience and riders with up to 1 year of experience, includes lesson horse use,. Focus is on getting acquainted with riding, safe handling practices, and getting comfortable in the saddle. Also suitable for timid riders who only want to walk or those seeking more confidence after a bad horse experience. Weight limit is 180 lbs.

Add on 1 pizza (pepperoni or cheese, please email us) to any birthday party. To order multiples, please book multiple pizzas. Use the same name for pizzas as for your party please and put the pizza order on the same calendar day. Pizzas must be book at least 72hrs before party date and can only be added to birthday parties.

30 board in individual turnout for horses in training. Select first day horse will arrive on calendar. Must be approved by RREC beforehand. This covers board only. Training is negotiated and paid directly to the trainer you selected. Includes electronic payment fee
1 extra bag of shavings for your stall during a show/clinic. You are welcome to bring in outside shavings. Purchasing a bag from us is offered for convenience only.
8am to 5pm during a clinic or show, stall or paddock will be assigned based on availability, with preference to overnight horses. Does not include shavings or stall/paddock cleaning. Please pick up your own poop and bring your own water buckets and hay.
Entitles 1 rider to bring their horse to RREC to use the indoor arena until May 1 2025. Horses must have coggins/shots

Red River Equestrian Center offers lessons, horse boarding, birthday parties, clinics and horse shows. Lessons offered in English and Western riding to beginner and intermediate riders, and lessons in dressage, jumping, and eventing are available to more advanced riders.
